Vaughn Springer, a Michigan native, is finding her home and community in St. Louis. Following the completion of her bachelor’s degree at Michigan State University, Vaughn pursued her interest in education by joining AmeriCorps and serving as a college access advisor in two rural Michigan communities. She continued on to work with the College Advising Corps as a communications intern blending her education in digital communications with her passion for accessible and equitable education and with the Michigan Charter School Association finetuning her communications skills focusing on editorial, social media photos and video, email marketing, and event planning.

 

In her free time, Vaughn enjoys playing tennis in a local league and participating in dance classes, live music, reading and hanging out with her cat, Margaret Morris.
