Julio is a Marine Corps veteran with over 25 years of diverse Human Resources experience and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He has obtained his undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Business Management and Master's in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, as well as certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion In The Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, Global Talent Management Leader certificate from The Talent Management Institute, and 360 Profilor Coach designation from Korn Ferry, Julio is an expert in the field of HR. He has worked in a variety of industries as a subject matter expert, consultant, leader, and project manager.

In his free time, Julio volunteers with several local nonprofit and community-based organizations. He is also an avid runner who enjoys running 10Ks, half-marathons, and marathons.​
