Rachel Burse is a results-driven human resource leader with over 15 years of strategic partnering with senior leadership, currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Consultant and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with experience spanning both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her 30+ year career  where she managed total rewards, compensation, benefits, and wellness while collaborating on evidence-based initiatives for policy and program design. An active SHRM member, her work spans across recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations. She currently serves as Vice-President of the Triple A Youth Foundation and has held board leadership roles with the Ivy Foundation of St. Louis and CASA (Voices for Children), while also serving her community through youth programs, Junior Achievement. A University of Missouri-Columbia and Columbia College graduate, she has served in local government as both city administrator and city treasurer, and was honored with the "Inspiring St. Louisan Award" by the St. Louis County Branch of the NAACP.
