Cassandra M. Pinkston serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the TRiO Educational Opportunity Programs. She joined the Higher Education Consortium of Metropolitan St. Louis in March 2018. As a visionary leader, Cassandra aims to elevate the organization to new and innovative heights by rethinking, recreating, and reimaging HEC.

 

With over 30 years of experience in the non-profit and public sectors, Cassandra has held advanced positions in grants management, community partnerships, and administration. She is an alumnus of the Consortium of Leadership Development (CLD) Program Cohort II and the CORO Foundation Women in Leadership program.
