Will Smith is a dedicated higher education professional who focuses on student support, educational opportunity, and leadership development. He is an experienced program director committed to fostering inclusive environments that empower individuals. Currently serving as the newly elected Vice President of Professional Development and Diversity in the Missouri Academic Advising Association (MACADA), Will is excited to serve as the new HEC Educational Opportunity Center Program Director. He is dedicated to creating pathways for individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve their academic and career objectives.
